It can be used as an ingredient in cost savings initiatives by replacing soybean/canola oil and egg yolks in creamy sauces and dressings, as a flavor enhancer, or as a base in creating the perfect sauce or dressing. Wisconsin Spice, Inc. offers a variety of Mustard Pastes designed to meet any production application depending on the solids, viscosity, salt, and acidity needed.
Wisconsin Spice also offers a Low Flavor Mustard Paste designed for those applications for which emulsifying and viscosity-building properties are desired, but without the flavor traditionally characteristic of mustard.
